Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data FinanceWhisper collects through Telegram and, for Premium purchases, through Paddle, and how it's used. Contact: mtsyevgeni@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your Telegram user ID and chat ID, needed to send you alerts and messages.
• Watchlists, alert thresholds, and preferences you set inside the bot.
• Premium status and subscription state (active/expired, tier).
• Basic usage data (which commands you use) to fix bugs and improve the bot.

We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or payment details directly — Telegram Stars payments are handled entirely by Telegram, and card payments are handled entirely by Paddle as an independent merchant of record. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference, via Paddle's webhook.

How we use it

Solely to operate the bot: sending the alerts, digests, and news you've configured, applying Premium limits correctly, and troubleshooting issues you report via /support. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Third parties

• Telegram — the messaging platform the bot runs on.
• Paddle — payment processor and merchant of record for card-based Premium purchases. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Market data providers (e.g. Finnhub) — used to fetch quotes and news; we do not send them any of your personal data.
• Hosting/infrastructure providers used to run the bot's servers and database.

Data retention

We retain your bot data for as long as you use the bot. You can request deletion of your data at any time by messaging /support or emailing mtsyevgeni@gmail.com; we'll remove your stored watchlists, alerts, and identifiers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, free of charge, by contacting us as above.

We may update this notice from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
