FinanceWhisper ("the bot", "the service") is a Telegram bot operated by an individual developer (contact: mtsyevgeni@gmail.com). By using the bot, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

FinanceWhisper sends price alerts, market snapshots, watchlist and portfolio tracking, and news summaries for stocks, crypto, and forex, based on publicly available market data. It is a convenience and information tool.

Not financial advice

Nothing sent by the bot — alerts, quotes, news summaries, "premium signal" picks, or any other message — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. FinanceWhisper makes no claims or guarantees about trading performance, returns, or the accuracy or timeliness of market data. Market data may be delayed; see /help in the bot for the current delay disclosure. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Free and Premium tiers

A free tier is available with reduced limits. Premium removes those limits for a recurring or one-time fee, payable either via Telegram Stars inside the app, or by card through a Paddle-hosted checkout linked from the bot. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for card payments and handles payment processing on our behalf.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a recurring Premium subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy — in short, send /refund_me inside the bot within 48 hours of a charge for an instant refund, or message /support for anything else.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the bot's rate limits or infrastructure.
• Don't use the bot for any unlawful purpose.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its free tier.

Availability

The service is provided "as is," without uptime guarantees. We aim for high reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
