Refund Policy

Instant refunds within 48 hours

If you change your mind about a Premium purchase, send /refund_me to the bot within 48 hours of the charge. This triggers an instant refund with no questions asked, for both Telegram Stars payments and card payments processed through Paddle.

After 48 hours

Message /support inside the bot, or email mtsyevgeni@gmail.com, explaining the issue (e.g. accidental renewal, billing error, technical fault preventing use of Premium features). We review these on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within a few days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method: Telegram Stars back to your Telegram balance, or card payments reversed by Paddle to the original card. Processing time depends on Telegram or your card issuer and is outside our control once initiated.

Subscription cancellation

Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future charges but does not itself trigger a refund for the current period — use /refund_me within 48 hours of the most recent charge if you want that period refunded too.
